Our Services

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will:

• Complete an intake assessment and gather background information
• Observe and assess your child’s strengths and challenges
• Identify barriers to learning and daily functioning
• Develop a personalized treatment plan based on your child’s needs and family goals

Assessments can be completed in person or virtually.

Direct services include the hands-on therapy sessions your child receives.

• Services are provided by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BCBA
• Therapy follows the individualized treatment plan created during the assessment
• Focuses on building skills, reducing barriers, and promoting independence
• Sessions are conducted in person

BCBA supervision ensures high-quality, effective treatment.

• The BCBA supervises therapy sessions and oversees the RBT
• Supervision occurs for a minimum of 10% of total weekly service hours
• Programs are reviewed and adjusted based on progress
• Goals may be added, modified, or paused as appropriate

Supervision may be provided in person or virtually.

Caregiver involvement is a key part of successful ABA services.

• Scheduled weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the BCBA or RBT
• Review of goals and progress
• Parent training and guidance to support skill development at home
• Collaboration with teachers, therapists, and other providers (with caregiver approval)
• Participation in IEP and 504 meetings, when applicable

Meetings may be held in person or virtually.

We believe access to quality care should be simple and transparent. We proudly accept Aetna, and Cigna, and we also offer private pay options for families seeking services outside of insurance coverage.

We provide both Concentrated and Supervised Fieldwork options aligned with BACB requirements. Students participate in weekly BCBA supervision focused on applying assessment data, clinical reasoning, and ethical decision-making to ensure effective, high-quality behavioral services.
